Probably the most successful vocal trios of the Rocksteady and Reggae eras. Leroys Sibbles, the lead singer / songwriter first teamed up with Earl Morgan and Barry Llewelyn in the early 1960s but it wasn?t until the group joined Studio One in 1966 that hits such as ?Fatty Fatty?, ?Pretty Looks Isn?t All? and ?Get In The Groove? started to flow. During this time Sibbles was also a musical arranger, talent scout and bassist at Studio One
In 1971 the group left Studio One and in the next few years they would work with many famous reggae names ? Lee Perry, Augustus Pablo, Harry J, Joe Gibbs, Rupie Edwards, Phil Pratt, Harry Mudie and many more. For a while it looked as though the group would follow in the footsteps of Bob Marley and the Wailers and become international superstars but unfortunately it was never to be.
